Ozone generators

Newland ozone generator using the world's most advanced glass tube double micro-gap high-frequency discharge technology, supporting the ozone generator dedicated high-frequency power supply system to build efficient ozone generator system.

Oxygen source ozone generator in the rated conditions (cooling water temperature 25 º C, ozone concentration: 150 g / Nm3), single kilograms of ozone energy consumption ≤ 7.5Kwh / kg · O3, the maximum concentration can be as high as 296g / Nm3.

Main components

 PSU

Newland Power Supply Units use high frequency technology ensuring high stable reliability over time.

The PSUs are composed of a cabinet that houses the frequency converter and another cabinet for the high voltage transformers.

Control Panel

The system incorporates a local control panel in each ozone generator that has a PLC that allows the monitoring and necessary adjustments in the gas instrumentation and in the power stages. This control panel allows independent control units to be connected directly to the ozone generator.

The ozone system can be controlled through the HUMAN-machine PLC interface (HMI) in the control cabinet or remotely, via a network between Ethernet and the Plant Control Center. The main operating parameters of the system can be read from HMI or the Control Center.

 Our range

The NLO series have a unitary ozone production range that goes from 500 gr/h to 120 Kg/h.

Ozone Generator Reactor

The ozone generation systems incorporate on a skid the ozone generation reactor and the necessary instrumentation for the proper functioning of the unit including automatic control instrumentation and a gas ozone analyzer which, together with the flowmeter, allow to always know the value of ozone production.

Likewise, the unit also incorporates a refrigeration and instrumentation rotameter to regulate the cooling system.

Ozone Generator Reactor

The configuration of the reactor is horizontal, and the dielectric-electrodes are mounted inside the generator body by independent groups, being able to incorporate each of the dielectrics, a protective fuse that will isolate the corresponding electrode before any short circuit, providing a minimum availability of 90%.
