Ozone Generator Reactor – High-Efficiency Skid-Mounted System
Longking’s ozone generation systems are designed for maximum efficiency, reliability, and ease of operation. Each system integrates an ozone generation reactor on a skid-mounted platform, along with all the necessary instrumentation for optimal performance and real-time monitoring.
Key Features:
✔ Integrated Instrumentation – Includes automatic control systems, a gas ozone analyzer, and a flowmeter, ensuring accurate real-time ozone production monitoring.
✔ Advanced Cooling Regulation – The unit features a refrigeration system and an instrumentation rotameter to precisely control cooling parameters, optimizing system stability and efficiency.
✔ Horizontal Reactor Configuration – The reactor is horizontally configured, with dielectric-electrode assemblies mounted in independent groups inside the generator body.
✔ Protective Fuse Mechanism – Each dielectric can be equipped with an individual protective fuse, which isolates the corresponding electrode in the event of a short circuit, ensuring a minimum system availability of 90%.
